Wexford's Daithi Waters has had his red card from Bank Holiday Monday rescinded.
Midfielder Waters was sent off six minutes into the second half of the Model County's defeat to Westmeath at Wexford Park but the Central Hearings Committee last night squashed the sanction, which means the St Martin's man could now feature against Galway in Salthill on Sunday.
The Slaneysiders were four points ahead of the Lake men when Waters was harshly dismissed for pushing John Heslin four days ago.
Manager Aidan O'Brien has already unveiled his starting XV for Sunday's vital Division Two trip west, with Rory Quinlivan and Paddy Byrne selected at centrefield, but Waters could now be fast-tracked into the side.
