Big guns return for Westmeath

Westmeath's Dessie Dolan gives chase to Athlone IT's John Mulligan during the O'Byrne Cup game at Hogan Park Moate.
Westmeath manager Pat Flanagan has named a strong team for Sunday's O'Byrne Cup clash with neighbours Offaly at Cusack Park.
Dessie Dolan and Denis Glennon both return to the starting XV after missing Wednesday night's defeat to Laois when the Lake County fielded a virtual second string team. Mark McCallon and Michael Curley also return to the defence with Denis Corroon and Paul Bannon continuing their midfield partnership.
Ciaran Curley switches from corner forward to full forward in place of Callum McCormack, who tweaked his hamstring in the early stages of the Laois game. A win for Westmeath could see them beat Offaly and Laois to a semi-final spot.
Westmeath (SF v Offaly): G Connaughton; M McCallon, K Gavin (captain), K Maguire; M Curley, P Sharry, D Harte; D Corroon, P Bannon; K Reilly, Denis Glennon, D Mullen; R Foley, C Curley, D Dolan.
