The Oulart-the-Ballagh club man made his championship debut in 2011 against Kilkenny and has since been a regular for the Model County.
Sinnott takes over the role from fellow club man Keith Rossiter.
The Wexford hurlers' season will commence on January 20 when they face DIT in their Walsh Cup opener. Tweet
