Fitzgerald and Connolly on Championship Matters
September 12, 2012What a game! Four days later and the Championship Matters panel will still be catching their breath after the All Ireland Hurling Final last Sunday. Can't imagine how Joe Canning feels!
When the dust settles we will be raking over the coals of the first in a final since 1959 and assessing what happens next. They will be looking forward to some tasty action this weekend as well with the Camogie final between Cork and Wexford and the Under 21 All Ireland between Clare and Kilkenny down for decision.
Marty Morrissey is joined by a panel who know exactly what they are talking about to discuss it all; namely Galway sharpshooter Aislinn Connolly, Clare manager and All Ireland winner Davy Fitzgerald and Vincent Hogan of the Irish Independent.
Linda Mellerick will be remembering her first All Ireland, way back in 1993 when Cork also overcame Wexford.
