Antrim's Aodhan Gallagher
Antrim midfielder Aodhan Gallagher is confident that the right preparations have been done.

The Saffrons have been busy preparing for the Ulster Championship clash against Monaghan later in the month and even though their league form was not the greatest, Gallagher feels that they have been making strides in recent weeks.

Speaking to Gaelic Life, the St Gall's clubman admits that the signs in the squad are encouraging as the countdown to the game continues.

"It is a positive camp at present. We've been playing a lot of club games since the end of the league, so things have been a bit stop-start on the county front," said Gallagher.

"But, we've been meeting up for stretching sessions and weight sessions in between those club games, and we've had a good run of things for the past fortnight, so I'd be fully confident that we'll be ready for it when it comes to Clones next Sunday."
