Carr takes over Gaels

Former Louth manager Paddy Carr is the new Tir Chonaill Gaels manager.
Carr, who guided Kilmacud Crokes to the All-Ireland club SFC title in 2009 has been director of football at the UK club for the past six years.
Following Timmy Connolly's shock decision to step down as manager after just three months in the job, the club have turned to Carr, who was part of the Gaels' side that won their first ever London SFC title in 1983.
This year, Tir Chonaill Gaels celebrate their 50th anniversary and the club have set the county title as their main target.
Joining Carr on the management team are Maurice Carr, Mickey Kelly, Kevin Downes and JP O'Donnell.
