New Galway manager Alan Mulholland will hand four players their NFL debuts against Derry in Celtic Park on Sunday.

The newcomers are goalkeeper Manus Breathnach for Spiddal, left corner back Keith Kelly from Ballinasloe and the Milltown duo of Mark Hehir and Michael Martin at left half forward and right corner forward respectively.

Salthill/Knocknacarra's Finian Hanley will captain the team from full back, while last year's U21 star Thomas Flynn from Athenry will partner Fionntain O Curraoin at midfield. There is no place in the starting XV for either Joe Bergin or the returned Nicky Joyce.
