St Galls manager Lenny Harbinson
St. Gall's 2010 All-Ireland club winning manager Lenny Harbinson has stepped down from the role which, he says, had "become increasingly untenable".
In a statement released yesterday, Harbinson claimed he no longer had the support of the St. Gall's committee after three highly successful seasons at the helm.
"My management team and I were conscious that a complete review of the previous three years' set-up was required. However, based on previous experience, it is highly unlikely that our ambitions will receive the necessary support from our internal administration," he said.
St. Gall's responded to Harbinson's comments by issuing the following statement: "We appreciate that it's been a difficult two years and frustrations can sometimes get the better of an individual. We wish Lenny, like all past team managers, every success in the future."
