Andy Moran who is a partner in the GAA Coaching website www.totalgaacoach.com and Barry Solan (Strength and Conditioning Coach with Laois Footballers) have just launched a unique Gaelic Football Coaching DVD. This DVD consists of live pitch based demonstrations of skills, drills and conditioned games aimed at developing and improving all aspects of the modern game.
