St Brigid's full forward Senan Kilbride admits it was a relief to get over Fulham Irish last weekend.

Kilbride put off a holiday to Australia in order to line out in last Sunday's All-Ireland club senior football championship quarterfinal and he admits that they were delighted to come away with a victory from Ruislip.

"Any win over there is a good win," he told the Roscommon Herald. "We're delighted to get out with a victory. It might be a bit flattering considering the way we played but Fulham Irish area good team.

"All the London teams have come on over the last few years, so it's good to get the win in the circumstances." Tweet
