Donal O'Grady is set to remain on as Limerick senior hurling manager for 2012.

O'Grady had only agreed to a one-year term with the Shannonsiders, but after a successful season which saw him steer them towards promotion from Division Two in the league and reach the quarter-finals of the All-Ireland SHC Limerick were keen to keep him at the helm.

An All-Ireland winning manager with Cork in 2004, O'Grady's first competitive game of 2012 with the Treaty County will see him manage them in Division 1B after the National Hurling League's recent revamp. Tweet
