Kelly hit with 10-week ban
May 26, 2011

Clare's Graham Kelly exchanges words with John Miskella of Cork after being sent off by referee Eddie Kinsella.
Clare's Graham Kelly has been handed a 10-week ban following his clash with Cork's John Miskella in last Sunday's Munster SFC quarter-final at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
Kelly was dismissed on a second yellow card by Laois referee Eddie Kinsella, despite claims that he should have received a straight red for an apparent headbutt into Miskella's face.
But after reviewing the incident, the CCCC has banned Kelly for two months for the headbutt, plus a fortnight for a repeat offence within 48 weeks. The player was also dismissed for two bookable offences during the closing stages of Clare's All-Ireland qualifier loss to Offaly in Tullamore last June.
Kelly will not be eligible to play again until July 30.
