Stephen Bray played his first game in nearly six months when he came on as a substitute for his club on Tuesday night.

The 2007 All Star had been on a three month honeymoon and only returned to Ireland last Friday. He was a second half substitute for Navan O'Mahony's in their one point win over Seneschalstown earlier this week.

Bray now faces a race to get fully fit for both club and county, and is unlikely to feature for Meath in their must win Allianz FL Division 2 encounter against Tyrone on Sunday. Tweet
