Wicklow's Leighton Glynn
Star man Leighton Glynn drops to the substitutes' bench for Sunday's Allianz National Football League Division 4 encounter with whipping boys Kilkenny.

Wicklow sit second in the Division 4 table after two wins and three draws from their first five outings.

They will be expected to coast to an facile victory against a Kilkenny side which has lost its five games to date by an average of 23 points.

And manager Mick O'Dwyer has decided to rest some of his more established players, including Glynn, Kilmacud Crokes centre back Brian McGrath and corner forward Paul Earls for the game in Castlecomer.

Alan Byrne, Patrick McWalter, Conor McGraynor and Paul Cunningham are four who are promoted to the starting XV.

Former Mayo star Austin O'Malley will continue at centre forward after an encouraging debut in Wicklow colours against Longford last weekend.
