Conway set to miss Laois decider

Arles-Kilcruise and Laois star Chris Conway
Arles-Kilcruise's hopes of dethroning champions Portlaoise in Sunday's Laois senior football championship final are likely to be dealt a blow by the absence of captain Chris Conway.
Conway has been nursing an elbow injury since the semi-final victory over Graiguecullen two weeks ago.
And the former inter-county forward star looks to have lost his race for fitness ahead of the decider against a Portlaoise outfit bidding for a fourth successive title.
Quoted in the Leinster Express, manager Mick Byrne said, "It's looking like he's out. He's after having a good bit of work on it but it's still very swollen.
"If he had a couple more weeks he could play but we don't have that time unfortunately. I don't think he'll start. It's hard on a club like Arles-Kilcruise because we don't have the numbers to replace a player of his calibre and experience."
