Galway and Offaly set for re-match

June 22, 2010
It provided one of the most exciting games of the 2010 GAA Hurling All Ireland
Senior Championship season so far and there's more to come as Galway and
Offaly head for Portlaoise next Saturday evening (7.00) to replay the Leinster
GAA Hurling Championship Semi-final.

They drew (Galway 2-19 Offaly 3-16) in Croke Park on Sunday in what was
another fascinating instalment in their rivalry. Meanwhile, Kilkenny are through
to the Leinster final for the 13th time in fourteen seasons after beating Dublin in
Sunday's semi-final.
Cork clinched a place in the Munster final beating Limerick by 13 points in the
semi-final to set up a date with Waterford on July 11. Cork and Waterford last
clashed in the Munster final in 2004 when Waterford won by a point.

GALWAY v OFFALY
Next Saturday's clash will be the 9th between them in the championship with
results going 4-3 to Offaly with one draw from their previous eight games.
