Celtic Park capacity reduced
May 07, 2010
Derry and Armagh supporters are facing a ticket scramble after the capacity of Celtic Park was reduced for Sunday week's Ulster SFC preliminary round clash.
Following an inspection by health and safety officers, the capacity of the city venue has been capped at 14,500 - 4,000 less than what it can normally accommodate.
However, ongoing redevelopment work means that the capacity for this year's championship game is up on the 11,000 that was in effect for last summer's tempestuous championship encounter by Derry and Monaghan.
The Derry-Armagh game, which is due to be televised, will be an all-ticket affair.
