Tyrone's Kyle Coney
Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has included half a dozen of last year's All-Ireland winning minor team in his Barretts Electrical Dr McKenna Cup squad.
Kyle Coney, Niall McKenna, Ronan McNabb, Gavin Teague, Peter Harte and Mattie Donnelly are all included in a new-look squad which is notable for the absence of a host of established stars, including Sean Cavanagh, Enda McGinley, Brian Dooher, Owen Mulligan, Pascal McConnell, John Devine, Ryan McMenamin, Davy Harte, Philip Jordan and Colm McCullagh.
Cavanagh is currenty honeymooning in Las Vegas and Barbados following his marriage to Dr Fionnuala Vernon on Saturday, while Dooher, Devine and Jordan are injured. Mulligan, who is spending the next month in Australia, will be concentrating on Cookstown's All-Ireland intermediate club campaign once he arrives back in Ireland.
Providing the experience will be the McMahon brothers, Joe and Justin, Kevin Hughes, Conor Gormley, PJ Quinn, Brian McGuigan, Tommy McGuigan, Martin Penrose and Stephen O'Neill.
Mickey Murphy and Cathal McCarron are both recalled to the squad. Murphy returns after a two-year injury layoff, while McCarron is back after losing his place in the squad last year after he received a 12-week ban following an incident in a club game.
