CHC impose ban on Louth's Clarke

Louth's Darren Clarke
Darren Clarke will miss Louth's qualifier engagement with Tipperary on Saturday after the CHC imposed a four week suspension on the attacker.
The Ardee man had the suspension proposed by the CCCC for an incident with Laois full back Mark Timmons during the Leinster quarter-final on June 14.
Clarke requested a hearing with the Central Hearings Committee as he decided not to accept the charge of 'Behaving in a way dangerous to an opponent.'
However, the CHC deemed that the suspension be served and Clarke will miss this weekend's game against the Premier County and a possible second round qualifier game should Louth prove successful on Saturday.
