Roscommon's Karol Mannion
Karol Mannion has emerged as a major doubt for Roscommon's All-Ireland football qualifier second round clash on Saturday week due to an ankle injury.
Mannion was carried off just five minutes into St. Brigid's surprise 1-9 to 2-8 defeat by Roscommon Gaels in the county SFC last Sunday after going over on his ankle.
After their recent capitulation against Mayo, Roscommon can ill-afford to be without the towering midfielder-cum-full forward, who also brings a wealth of experience to what is one of the youngest inter-county teams in the country.
