Dooher suffers injury setback

Tyrone's Brian Dooher
Brian Dooher is back on the treatment table after suffering a recurrence of his groin injury in a weekend club game. The Tyrone captain was playing for Clann na nGael against Pomeroy in a Division 2 league encounter when he pulled up and had to be replaced, making him a major doubt for the Red Hands' Ulster SFC semi-final against Derry on June 21. "He pulled out of the game because he felt a bit sore," Tyrone manager Mickey Harte explained. "It is not the news you want to hear, but we'll just have to wait and see." Dooher came off the bench to play a major role in Tyrone's quarter-final victory over Armagh last Sunday week, but this latest injury setback means he is facing a race against time to be fit for the Derry showdown, which has been fixed for Casement Park. In the same game, Stephen O'Neill - who made a successful return to the county colours against Armagh - scored 2-3 for Clann na nGael as they drew with Pomeroy.
