Updates from the O'Dwyers, Clontarf, Raheny, St Brigids, St. Margarets, Na Fianna, Lucan Sarsfields, Naomh Olaf, Garristown, Tyrrelstown, Erin Go Bragh, Wanderers and Scoil Ui Chonaill clubs.
O'Dwyers
Juvenile: The Nursery skills camp is run from 11am to 12.30pm every Saturday morning in the Combined Clubs over Winter, and costs 2e per child. The camps are aimed at 5-8years old and they learn about both Hurling and Football. Contact Aidan Smith or Mary Kenny for more details.
Juvenile AGM this Tuesday night 2nd December in the Club House at 8pm.

O'Dwyers GAA Club have produced a Club Calendar for 2009. Calendars are on sale on Tuesday & Thursday night in the Club House. They are 10e each.
Clontarf
Interested candidates for the position of Clontarf Senior Football Manager should contact Adult Games Officer Mick Cronin (086-2533186).Minor Football Championship at 11am next Sunday away to Round Towers, all support welcome.U15B Footballers lost to St. Margarets in a challenging away match. Best for Clontarf were Jack Barret, Conor Mullins and Garbhan Doyle.Under 12 Hurlers beat Thomas Davis away. Under 8 Footballers played 2 very enjoyable challenge games on Sat, defeating Scoil Ui Chonaill and drawing with Clanna Gael.Super displays from all 3 Clontarf teams with 2 wins and a draw as Clontarf's very promising Under 8 Hurlers won their indoor league. Great credit to the coaches Teddy Cronin and Craig McConnell. Under 7 Footballers (over 40 boys) played their first ever away match. The games against Sylvesters were played in near artic conditions. Thanks to all parents who assisted.Juvenile Ladies section - Awards presentation evening take place this Sunday Dec 7th at the clubhouse, 6pm. St Brigids
A big weekend ahead with our Junior A Hurlers & Minor Footballers contesting Championship Finals. Both are on this Sunday in Balgriffin.
The Minor Footballers face Na Fianna at 11.0 while the Hurlers face Naomh Barrog at 12.30. Get out to Balgriffin & give both teams the support they deserve. The Kids Xmas Party also takes place on Sunday from 2.30pm - 5pm in the club. The Party is followed by the Club AGM at 6pm. There will be music in the bar after the AGM. Make sure you are there with important issues to be discussed. Several items have been reduced in the club shop in the run-up to Xmas so plenty of bargains to be obtained especially the heavy all-weather jackets which are badly needed at the moment. Vouchers are also available. Shop will be open this Friday 7pm - 8.30pm and Sunday 2.30pm - 5pm. Shop can also be contacted on 086-405-0964. U21 Hurlers beat St Vincents to reach the Championship Semi-Finals with Na Fianna or Erins Isle next up. Senior 1, Inter 2 & Junior A Footballers all had good league wins; all 3 sides still in contention for league honours. Senior 2 Footballers went down by a point to Sygne St. Club Lotto takes place in The Vineyard this Thursday with a Jackpot of E5400.
St. Margarets
The club AGM was held last Thursday, many thanks to all of the out-going officers for their hard work and dedication. Newly appointed officers are as follows: Chairman - Ivan Sutton, Vice Chair - Pat Stritch, Secretary - David Doran, Vice Sec - Gareth Moynihan, Registrar - Peadar O'Connor, PRO - Adam Roche, Co. board delegate - Brendan Mullally. Bus to Dundalk races leaves the Brock Inn at 4.45 SHARP this Friday. The new football management team want to meet all adult football players upstairs in the complex at 7pm tonight, Tuesday. Hard luck to the u-13's who narrowly lost the shield final on Saturday to Ballyboden St. Enda's, in what was a very good game of football in poor weather conditions. U-15's rounded off a fine season with a fine win over Clontarf, well done. Juvenile football training is now finished for the season, Finbarr Shanahan will be in contact with individuals. Congrats to Fingal Ravens who won senior football league division 2. Juvenile club AGM takes place this Monday at 8pm in the complex. No winner of this weeks lotto, check notice board for details.

Big support requested for Minor A footballers in championship final against St Brigids on Sunday next. Game is now on in Inisfails' ground in Ballgriffin at 11 o'clock.
U 21As had good win against St Maurs in championship while B team went
down to strong Lucan Sarsfields team.
Juvenile Games Meeting takes place next Wednesday, 3 December at 9pm in Clubhouse. All mentors of juvenile teams are invited to attend. Mentors of all teams should note that Mentors' Night will be taking place in club on Saturday, 13 December next. More details next week.

Well done to our U21 hurlers in their Championship semi-final victory over Kilmacud. There is no date set as yet for the final. And best of luck to our two U21 football teams in their quarterfinals this coming Saturday in the 12th Lock with provisionally times of 12.30pm for the U21A's and 2.30pm for the U21B's. Check clubhouse for exact times. We are putting a final BIG effort into our Christmas Draw. 40 prizes with a first prize of ?3,000 for just a fiver. Every member is asked to sell their allocation and return all the SOLD ticket stubs as soon as possible. Our Annual Table Quiz in aid of St. Vincent de Paul takes place tomorrow Wednesday 3rd at 8.30pm sharp. All support (a team entry and/or spot prizes) for this event is encouraged. Congratulations to our 1st team who wrapped up the Division 4 Title on Friday evening. The team went through the season unbeaten which is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the dedication and commitment of the panel, mentors and Coaches over the course of the year. Well done to all concerned.
Congratulations also the Fingal Ravens who secured the Division 2 title last week.

History will be made this Saturday the 6th December. Tyrrelstown GAA welcome Erin Go Bragh U7 for the clubs first ever match at the Bellgree Pitch. The fun starts at 10am and all parents are encouraged to come and support their future Dublin stars. Tyrrelstown GAA will be hosting a Christmas party on Saturday the 13th December in the Tyrrelstown Educate Together School at 12pm. There will be a visit from Santa and a small gift for all players. We will be holding a Monster quiz in the Paddocks this Friday 5th December to raise funds for the club. The cost will be EUR40 per team of 4 which can be paid on the night and the fun starts at 9pm. Many thanks to all who helped organise and to all who attended our end of season Party on Saturday last. A great night was had by all. She is asking you to bring a cake or buy a cake (preferably both). So please do your bit for the third world this Christmas. Santa will be coming to Scoil on Saturday the 14th December. The club will be open from 3p.m. so get there early and help build up the tension before he appears.. On December the 20th it will the club Christmas night and all members are invited to get in the Christmas spirit at the club at 8p.m. Finally, don t forget to do your Christmas shopping at the Scoil shop.
