Kiely to continue as Waterford football boss
November 11, 2008

Waterford manager John Kiely
John Kiely's reappointment as Waterford football manager was rubberstamped at last night's county board meeting in Dungarvan.
Rathgormack's Ger Power and Tom Condon of Sliabh gCua were also given the 'green light' to continue as selectors, while Tipperary native Michael O'Loughlin has been retained as physical trainer. The team will have a new coach, however, in Kildare-border Paul McLoughlin.
Meanwhile, Peter Queally (Ballydurn) and Maurice Geary (Ballyduff Upper) have been reappointed to work alongside hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald as selectors in the coming year.
The meeting also unanimously accepted the executive's recommendation of the reappointment of Jerry Fitzpatrick as the team's physical trainer.
