Footballers begin with Limerick test

Louth will commence their 2009 NFL Division 3 campaign with a home game against Limerick on Sunday 1st February.
Next up are two away games against Down (Saturday 14th February) and Offaly (Sunday 8th March).
Those first three matches will play a key role in determining whether Eamon McEneaney's men can garner promotion out of Division 3, as thereafter Louth have three home games out of their remaining four matches.
Roscommon (Sunday 15th March) and Longford (Sunday 22nd March) are entertained before a final away trip to Tipperary (Saturday 28 March). The groups stages conclude with a home game against Cavan (Sunday 12th April).
