The Donegal team of 1983 Ulster Championship winning team will be Guests of Honour. . Clubs are requested to start compiling material for the 2008 Year Book which is due to be published on11th December. A maximum 1000 words per club will be allowed and all photographs should be of the JPEG format. All material must be sent by E.mail to [email protected] to arrive not later than 31st October. After the success of last years book we will be seeking again achieve the highest standard possible, so we would ask that all clubs submit material for the book. 2008 Under 12 Club Gaelic Football Skills, Inter-Club Tournaments Clubs please note that they are not allowed to hold an Inter-Club Tournament without getting permission in advance from Competitions Control Committee under Rial 142 (c)T.O. 2008. These Tournaments are limited to a maximum of eight teams. Where some of the participating teams are from outside the County, the sanction of the Provincial Council or Central Council as appropriate must be obtained. Clubs are reminded that permission must be sought in writing from the Board on the prescribed form to play challenge matches under Rial 143T.O. 2008. Also, clubs seeking permission to play challenge matches, must contact the Referees Administrator, Frankie Doherty, to appoint a match referee No fixtures to be changed without reaching agreement with opposing club and match referee. Both clubs must inform the CCC Secretary of the change, informing him of day, venue, date and time of the proposed fixture, and also confirm that the referee appointed for the original fixture is available to referee the game. Unless such information is made available in writing (email) to CCC Secretary, no fixtures will be changed. Fixtures shall only be put back until before the next round of fixtures. All referee reports to be sent to CCC Secretary, Aodh Máirtín Ó Fearraigh, Seascanbeag, Doirí Beaga, within three (3) days of games.
