Glen footballer in 'Run to Africa'

A member of the Glen ladies football team is to take part in the Run to Africa, a charity race that will be held over the weekend of October 4th-5th. Derry footballer Kathy Conway will be part of a group that will have the run the distance from Dublin to Addis Ababa on thread mills located in Tesco stores all over the country. The event is being organised by sports presenter Tracey Piggott as part of her Playing for Life organisation, which she set up having visited Ethiopia in 2004.
