Championship draws made

The draws for the senior, intermediate and junior football championship semi finals were made recently at the TF Royal Hotel.
Of course, the senior draw was the main focus of attention and it provided plenty of interest as Charlestown were drawn against Claremorris, while Crossmolina will face either Ballaghaderreen or Ballintubber.
In the intermediate championship, Belmullet take on Aghamore in the first semi final and Kilmaine will do battle with Westport for a place in the decider.
Despite being only at the quarterfinal stage, the draw for the junior championship was also made and the winners of The Neale/Knockmore clash will play either Islandeady or Carnacon, while Lahardane or Ballina will Killala or Castlebar.
