Rogers in for Tyrone minors
August 29, 2008
Tyrone minor boss Raymond Munroe makes one change to the side that defeated Roscommon earlier in the month for the ESB All-Ireland MFC clash with Meath on Sunday.
After impressing as a substitute against the Rossies, Martin Rogers comes in at centre-field to replace Sean Warnock as the Red Hands look to add to their Ulster title success this year with the Royal County standing in their way of an All-Ireland final.
Goalkeeper Tim Harney has recovered from the ankle injury he picked in a club game two weeks ago, which saw him on crutches, to start between the sticks for the O'Neill County. Team captain Ronan McNabb has also overcome his hamstring strain that he picked late on the last day to take his place on the bench.
Star forward Kyle Coney has been a revelation in the Championship this summer and will provide the chief threat up front for the Ulster Champions as he lines out in the number 13 jersey for the Croke Park encounter.
