Good evening everyone. It’s great to be back reporting on club fixtures and we had quite a few this week. Our senior Ladies and Men’s teams were not in action this week as they looked forward to their fundraising hike on Saturday which was a massive success and further details will follow.

U15’s had their shield final on Monday evening 14th June against Tomnafinohue and were the winners by 5points. Well done to the team and management.

The U17's play Baltinglass away on Monday the 21st. with alot of lads away, injured or unavailable due to county commitments a good number of the U15's have stepped up to play its really good to get their support.

Looking forward to finally  getting the first league match of the year.

2020 juvenile season finally over!

Mixed results today in Ballinakill with our U13 blue and white team both in action.

U13 Div 01 A Final

Lads started slow and were few goals behind very quickly but once we got into game flow we done very well and worked some great scores. Eire og goalie was outstanding and our lads had numerous goal opportunities saved. We kept tagging away with points but in the end Goals we couldn't get were the difference. But management is very proud of the lad’s achievement to get to Div 01 Top final and will stand to these great bunch of players as they progress in their football over coming years

U13 division 3 had a great result in their shield today v St. pats in Ballinakill winning 7:10 to 2:7. Well done to the team and management.

Under 10 boys played St Kevin's in their first match of the season on Monday evening in a beautiful sunny Blesso. The Wicklow player pathway league got under way. The boys came away with a win and it was some of the boys debut game for the Under 10s. Well done to all, super performances from all the boys. So great to be back

Hard luck to our U11’s Blue team who fell short against a good Kiltegan side in our opening Division 1 game of the season on Wednesday evening.  The lads played really well and continued to work hard throughout the game and never gave up outscoring our opposition in the final quarter.

How great it is to be back playing matches

U16 Blue result away vs AGB tonight with a win 18-18 to 9-2.

Super start to the season and great performance by our girls as always we were excellent all over that(big) pitch, not easy keeping going for 60 minutes like that after so long without games and in the heat. Credit to AGB who really went at us for the last quarter! Our shot selection, work rate & team play were the stand out moments with some exceptional turnovers all over the field too

Some very strong contenders for Player of the match but undeniable how good Leila was. Some amount of work out there she was super
