Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club was represented on the Westmeath panel of players selected for a Round 1 fixture of Division 2A of the Centra National Camogie League, Westmeath v Meath.
That Round 1 fixture was played at the St Lomans Mullingar GFC grounds on Saturday February 14th. Westmeath 1.06 Meath 2.09, was the match result. Westmeath is scheduled to play a Round 2 match if that competition, Westmeath v Carlow on Saturday February 21st. That Round 2 match is scheduled to be played at a Carlow venue, with a 2.30pm match starting time. All Ireland Minor (B) Camogie Championship
Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club warmly and sincerely congratulates the Westmeath Minor Grade Camogie panel of players, its own player representives, and the team management, on a positive result in a Round 1 fixture of Group 1 of the All Ireland Minor (B) Camogie Championship.
That Round 1 fixture, Westmeath v Wicklow, was played at the St Lomans Mullingar GFC grounds on Sunday February 15th. Westmeath 7.13 Wicklow 0.04 was the result of that Round 1 match. Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club extends its sincere best wishes to Westmeath for a forthcoming Group 2 Round 2 fixture of the same competition, Westmeath v Armagh, scheduled to be played at a Armagh venue on Sunday March 1st with a 2pm match starting time. Armagh played Carlow in a Round 1 fixture of the same competition at a Carlow venue on Sunday February 15th. Carlow 4.10 Armagh 1.12, was the result of that Round 1 match.
