Congratulations to our former player Paul McCormack on his marriage to Brenda last week. Congratulations also to another ex-player, Stephen Conroy, on his marriage to Magdalena last Thursday in his adopted Kildare. Wishing both couples health and happiness.

Congratulations are also extended to our vice-chairperson Paul Daly who celebrated his 60th birthday last week.

Mothers & Others

Well done to our Gaelic4Mothers & Others team who took part in a blitz in Moate last weekend.

If you are interested in joining, please get in touch. Training takes place every Wednesday at 8pm on the Astroturf pitch. The Gaelic4Mothers&Others initiative sees women playing Ladies Gaelic Football in a fun, non-competitive and social environment. The initiative provides an opportunity for women to get their recommended weekly exercise in a fun way, while making lots of new friends.
