Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club extends its sincere congratulations to its U14 Panel of players, and team management, on winning the final of the U14 Camogie Cup Championship competition, defeating defending champions Raharney in a keenly contested final, played at Delvin on Sunday September 17th. 

 

Lough Lene Gaels were 1.04 to 1.02 ahead at half time. 

 

Sheila Devine, vice chairperson of the Westmeath Camogie Board, presented the U14 Division 1 Camogie Championship Cup to Lough Lene Gaels joint captains Keelin Kavanagh and Caoimhe Ginnell.

 

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club also expresses its sincere thanks to the large number of supporters who made the journey to Delvin last Sunday to support Lough Lene Gaels.

David Smyth Catering Senior Camogie Championship 

 

Lough Lene Gaels completed its schedule of fixtures in Group 2 of the Senior Camogie Championship, when playing Raharney in a Round 3 fixture at Raharney on Sunday September 17th. This fixture was won by Raharney on a 3.15 to 1.06 scoreline.

Lough Lene Gaels has qualified for the semi finals phase of this competition.

 

 

Clothing collection

Mass of Rememberance - Saturday October 7th

 

Collinstown's St Mary's RC Church, is where a Mass, to honour and remember, deceased officers, members, players and supporters, of Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club, will take place on Saturday October 7th at 7.30pm.
