The Walking Track is very  popular at this time of year, providing a safe and well lit environment for our growing numbers of walking warriors who brave the elements daily to enjoy their daily fitness exercise.  The track is open to all members.

Bad luck to Westmeath Seniors losing out to neighbours Offaly on Saturday,  while U20s won over Armagh.  Castledaly were ably represented by Seniors Alan Stone while Lorcan Dolan hit target twice , and Aaron Nugent starred for U20s.

Congrats again to Moate Scór na nÓg Junior Ballad group of Cara Johnston, Mia Curtain, Anna Sheerin, James Costello and Ben O Connell who won the Leinster Final on Sunday with a wonderful performance under the guidance of Senior Scór Ballad legend Louise Heavin.  The All Ireland Final is scheduled for Sunday  in INEC Killarney, and we wish them the very best of luck.

Sad news and condolences to family and friends of Bobby Simpson who passed away last week, may he rest in peace.
