DIVISION 4 LEAGUE
Tyrrellspass division 4 team had a great win over Castledaly last Saturday afternoon in Castledaly. With alot of players unavailable for selection Tyrrellspass had to play the frist half with 14 men and with the aid of the wind They took the game to Castledaly and went in at half time leading 0-6 to Castledaly 1-2. To make the result of this game official Tyrrellspass needed to start the second half with 15 players so selector Frank Ryan went in to the full back line to shore up the defence and with the help of the other 14 players they only allowed Castledaly to score 2 points. Tyrrellspass in reply scored 3 points, 2 converted frees from David Gaye and a fine point from play by Ger 0'Toole helped Tyrrellspass to hold and win on a scoreline of Tyrrellspass 0-9 to Castledaly 1-4. LOTTO

There was no winner of last weekend's lotto jackpot of €9,000. Numbers drawn were 1, 2, 4 and 26. The following people matched three numbers and each receive €100. Ann Rigney pro Tosh Rigney and Rom Deegan pro Rom Deegan. Promoters prize went to David Murphy. Next week's jackpot will be €9,200 and the draw will take place in the Esker Inn.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is still available, Adults €25 Juniors €5 and Family €30. Contact Shane Arthur or any committee for payment. Reminder that all players have to be members in order to be covered by insurance.

FUN RUN/WALK
Due to poplar demand Tyrrellspass Gaa and the Ladies Gaa will be continuing with the 5k run/walk next Saturday morning at 11am, registration from 10am. €5 entry fee. Tyrrellspass Gaa would like to thank Mark Wrights Pharmacy for his sponsorship of all the run/walk that took place in the month of February and also to thank the ladies for providing refreshments after each event and thanks to all the stewards who helped out.

UNDERAGE
Under 12 football training continues on Friday evenings. The minors are training on Tuesdays at 6.30pm and the under 14 training will commence on Tuesday March 4th at 5.30pm. Reminder that all underage players must be registered before the Gaa season starts. The cost is €5 per child or €30 for a family membership.
