Please use this time at home to practice your skills and keep up the fitness exercises , we will be posting regular updates and tips on social media. 

All of us here at Tara GFC would like to offer our deepest and most sincere condolences to Catheriona Howley who's brother Gerard Houlihan (49) from Limerick, sadly passed away last week and to Theresa Lonergan’s who's father Danny sadly passed away last week. Our prayers and thoughts are with both families at this very sad time. May their precious souls rest in peace. 

During these difficult times we are all on the same team. There’s a role for every one of us in stopping the spread of #Covid19. Please play your part; stay at home , protect the NHS and save lives.
