St Macartan's Ladies
Congratulations - Pride of place this week must go to the St. Macartan's Ladies and their management team who captured the Senior League title after an emphatic win over reigning champions Charraig Mhór at Trillick on Sunday. This victory completed the Championship and League Double for the first time since 1994. This has been a fantastic season for the Club which included an Ulster Club Final appearance. The Club would like to thank the huge support who came out all year to cheer on the girls and also all the generous Club Sponsors who so kindly gave the much needed financial backing which helped ensure success. Thanks is also due to our Team Physio Ciara who has been with the girls throughout plus Stevie Rice for his assistance. A special word of praise goes out to our Video man Raymond "Sam" Mullan who made sure all the game were captured for prosperity.
Well Done - On a busy weekend for the Club the U.16's were also in action on Saturday facing Killeeshil in the Grade 1. Championship Final. Played in atrocious conditions the young St. Mac's girls gave a good account of themselves but two missed penalties didn't help the cause against a strong Kileeshil side who also came out on top in the League Final. Despite defeat the girls have a great attitude and will provide a strong basis on which to develop in the next few years. Thanks goes out to the managers, Kevin "Rusty" Joline Donnelly and Lynda Donnelly for all their dedication over the long season.
100 Club Members Draw - The first draw in the 100 Club Draw was postponed last week due to festivities but hopefully it will resume again shortly. There are still some spaces in the Draw so anyone who hasn't yet renewed the membership please do so this week. This is the main source of revenue for the Club.
Jackpot Joker - The first draw of the new Jackpot took place on Friday night in the new abode of Dessie's Bar. The lucky no. drawn was 12 there was no Jackpot winner so the £20 lucky Dip winner went to Raymond Mc Meel, Augher. Envelopes are available in all Pubs and shops in Clogher & Augher plus Aghaloo.
DVD'S - A special Collection pack of DVD's to acknowledge the League and Championship campaign's will be available shortly, they would make an ideal Christmas present. They include some memorable interviews with some fantastic Characters of the Club plus capturing the most important action of what has been a most rewarding season. Please contact Eugene Mc Connell if anyone wishes to obtain a copy.
Club A.G.M. - The Annual General Meeting of the Club takes place on Sunday 6th Dec at 6pm in Eskra Community Hall. This is an opportunity for all parents and supporters of the Club to come along and play your part in helping the Club. Both old and new members are most welcome.
Good Luck - All in St Macartan's want to wish Joline Donnelly the very best of Luck as she hopes to bring home an All Star award to cap amarvellous year. The awards will take place on Saturday night in the City West Hotel, Dublin

LADIES FOOTBALL
The Senior ladies season came to an end on Sunday. After a long wait the ladies played the league final on Sunday afternoon in Kildress against Killyclogher. The ladies set out to play this game without the experience of their injured captain and full forward Colleen Quinn. After a disappointing first half the team fought back well in the second half but left it to late. Killyclogher showed great teamwork and in the end had the edge to go on to win the game. Well done to the girls on reaching this stage and for gaining promotion next year to Division 2. Thanks to all the players for their hard work and dedication all year and to manager Tony Mc Veigh for all his commitment throughout the season.

Heartiest congratulations to our senior team and management who clinched the league title on Saturday with victory over Carrickmore. This brings the adult football to a close for the season and we thank all our players and management who represented the club with pride this year, at both senior and junior level. Thanks to all our underage players and officials for their year's efforts as well.
Congratulations to John, Enda and Davy who won the Railway Cup with Ulster on Sunday in London, 24 hours after tasting league success at home. It is an honour for any club to have a player representing them at provincial level, but to have three in the one year is unique.

An Chárraig Mhór
Not quite the 'Winter of Discontent' but most certainly the weekend of discontent. The league final did not go our way on Saturday and we lost out to Errigal Ciaran at Pomeroy. With resources stretched to the limit it was not to be our day and the league trophy slipped from our grasp yet again. The players and management will look forward to a well earned rest after another tough year. The ladies did not fair much better on Sunday morning at Trillick when they lost out to St Mc Cartan's in their league final. Holding out well in the first half the flood gates opened in the second and with numerical advantage heavily stacked in favour of Mc Cartan's there was only going to be one outcome. Again the girls will look forward to a winter of rest and relaxation. Thanks to Conor and Mickey for their commitment and dedication this year which as usual was unwavering. Fr Rocks March on in Ulster
Fr Rocks progressed to the Ulster Intermediate Semi Final, following a hard earned victory over Down champions Ballymartin, at Pairc Esler on Sunday. This was Fr Rocks first game in four weeks and they displayed some ring rust in the opening minutes, with a lethargic start which saw them trail by three points with five on the clock. It was Brian Mulligan who broke the deadlock in the eight minute with a well taken score. The sides were level minutes later after an Owen Mulligan free was followed by a great individual effort from Conor O'Hare. Ballymartin responded straight away with two well worked scores from their full forward to leave them in command. In the sixteenth minute a high ball into the Ballymartin defence was well collected by Raymond Mulgrew, who fed the ball to the onrushing Brian Mulligan, a great dummy opened the defence and Brian found the back of the net, with a brilliant finish to leave the Rocks a point ahead. An Owen Mulligan free a minute later extended a lead which Cookstown would hold for the rest of the game. Fr Rocks wasted a number of opportunities to stretch further ahead just before half time, but took the field with renewed vigour in the second half, however it was Ballymartin who closed the gap, with a converted 45 after three minutes. Fr Rocks did begin to play some good football and a free kick from Owen Mulligan and another excellent Brian Mulligan score restored the lead to three points, however Ballymartin again showed great resilience and replied with two scores to leave just a point between the teams with ten minutes to go. The dismissal of Gary Fitzpatrick for a second yellow appeared to turn the contest in favour of the Down men, but the Fr Rocks players rose to the challenge and produced a devastating spell of attacking football. It was kick started in the twentieth minute of the half, when the marauding Conor O'Hare, charged forward to latch onto a breaking ball and fired a brilliant effort to the back of the Ballymartin net, seconds later substitute John Gilmore showed great composure to split the posts and a brilliant effort from Barry Mulligan left the Down men stunned, with the Rocks kicking 1-2 in a magnificent three minute spell, which effectively ended the game. Ballymartin had no answer and it was left to Christopher Eastwood to finish the scoring from a free kick in the thirtieth minute. The final scoreline finished 2-9 to 0-8 in favour of the Rocks, who now face Monaghan Harps in the semi final next Sunday. This was another excellent team performance, there were also outstanding individual displays from Shea McGarrity and Barry Hughes in defence and Jason Quinn and Brian Mulligan in attack. The Fr Rocks team lined out as follows; M Rea, R Pickering, S Monaghan, P McGurk, S McGarrity, B Hughes, C O'Hare (1-1), G Fitzpatrick, R Mulgrew, J Quinn, B Mulligan (0-1), Brian Mulligan (1-2), C Eastwood (0-1), O Mulligan (0-3, 3 frees), M Murray. Subs: Philip Kelly, J Gilmore (0-1), B O'Neill, Paddy Kelly, K Devlin.

YOU the Derrylaughan members have made your decisions on our All-star Teams!!! The top three names for each position are now known. The final 15 All-Stars for each team are known only to the independent panel that has counted and scrutinised the votes. No member of the Derrylaughan club, including the organising committee, knows who these 15 are. The scrutinising panel was made up of three people with a strong interest in and knowledge of Gaelic Games and who have no connection with our club. They are the ones who will reveal the top 15 Football and Camogie All-Stars at our celebration night.

Envelope entry forms are available in Falls' shop and bar as well as on the night. The entries exactly matching or nearest to the final 15 will be entered in a draw for substantial prizes.
