Tyrone U20 boss Paul Devlin has received a huge boost ahead of his side’s All-Ireland semi-final against Dublin next Saturday week with Darragh Canavan set to be available for selection.

Canavan, son of Tyrone great Peter, fractured his wrist in early August and was not expected to be back in time for the clash with the Dubs at Kingspan Breffni (throw-in 2.30pm) once the inter-county season resumed.

However, it seems the young Errigal Ciaran man has made a quicker recovery than expected and is set to start when his county clash with the capital men in Cavan town next weekend.
