Aidan O’Rourke and Paddy Bradley will lead Donegal for their seventh round Allianz Football League encounter against Roscommon on Sunday following Paddy Carr’s resignation yesterday.
Carr confirmed his departure as senior team manager after just five months in charge, with the former Louth and Kilmacud Crokes boss having saw his charges struggle throughout the Division 1 campaign with one win from six outings.
With relegation looking inevitable for the Tir Chonaill men, Donegal county board released a statement yesterday to confirm Carr’s departure.
This morning (Thursday) the board also posted on social media to say that O’Rourke and Bradley – both members of Carr’s backroom team – would take charge of the team for the trip to Dr Hyde Park this weekend.
