Fermanagh 3-16
Sligo 1-17
Goals from Declan McGarry (2) and Sean Corrigan proved instrumental as 12-man Fermanagh got their hands on the Lory Meagher Cup at Sligo's expense in Croke Park.
The Ernesiders were slow out of the traps, falling seven points behind early on, but once they found their rhythm, the Yeats County were powerless to stop them.
The scoreboard read 0-0 to 0-2 in Sligo's favour after 20 minutes but Ciaran Corrigan initiated Fermanagh's comeback when setting up his brother Sean for a simple finish.
A McGarry brace parachuted the Ulster outfit into pole position and they went in at the break with a 3-5 to 0-12 lead.
Fermanagh started the second-half where they left off in the first with three unanswered points but they suffered a set-back when midfielder John Duffy was shown a red card.
Karl Kehoe and David Teague were also shown their marching orders as the winners finished with 12 men but all Sligo could engineer in response was a 58th minute Ciaran Brennan goal.
