Second half goals from Cathal Dolan, Mickey Joe Egan and Brendan Mulry steered Roscommon to an impressive 3-26 to 1-14 victory over Warwickshire in the second round of the Nickey Rackard Cup at Dr Hyde Park.
Luke Hands' major had Warwickshire within touching distance of the hosts at half-time by which stage they trailed 0-12 to 1-7, but they were out of sight once Dolan netted Roscommon's opening goal on 55 minutes.
In the day's early throw-in in the fourth tier championship, Tyrone defeated neighbours Fermanagh 1-18 to 1-14.
Following yesterday's Ulster SFC clash between the counties, the sides met again at O'Neill's Healy Park where the home team were the front-runners for most of the contest with their third minute goal setting the tone.
At Letterkenny, Donegal also made it two wins from two when beating Armagh 1-20 to 2-14.
Ronan's McDermott's goal from a sideline cut for Mickey McCann's charges went a long way towards deciding this Ulster derby.
