There was double delight for Ken Hogan yesterday when he managed teams to championship glory in two different counties.
The former Tipperary goalkeeper managed his home club Lorrha to a long-awaited Tipperary junior 'B' camogie title in The Ragg yesterday morning before heading for Tullamore and guiding St Rynagh's to a three-in-a-row of Offaly senior hurling successes.
Both victories were dramatic with Lorrha edging out Moycarkey-Borris on a 1-12 to 2-8 scoreline and St Rynagh's needing an injury-time goal from Stephen Quirke to retain the Sean Robbins Cup at the expense of his former Coolderry charges.
