Feile 

On Saturday we hosted Division 2 and Division 3 of the Offaly Camogie Feile 2021 with our Under 15 girls taking part. 

They opened the event by playing Kilcormac/Killoughey and it was nip and tuck for long periods of the game with Kinnitty leading by a point for what seemed like an age in the second half.  Unfortunately Kilcormac/Killoughey hit two goals late on to go on to win. 

In the second game the girls played St Cillians and again gave a good account of themselves before losing narrowly on a scoreline of 1-2 to 3 points. 

Intermediate Championship 

Our girls took on Lusmagh/Drumcullen in the Intermediate Championship Semi Final on Saturday afternoon in Crinkle.  In a match where the girls gave it their all, unfortunately it was not enough as they went down to a strong Lusmagh/Drumcullen team. 

Under 11s 

Our under 11 girls played another blitz on Saturday morning when we played host to Lusmagh, St Cillians and Kilcormac/Killoughey.  Yet again our girls gave a great account of themselves and played some excellent camogie in wet and dreary condition showing that the future is bright for the club.  Well done to the girls and their coaches.
