With new restrictions in place re Covid 19, we must all play our part and adhere to all restrictions put in place to help curb the increase of the virus.  Doohamlet GFC encourages everyone in our club and community to continue to look out for each other in these difficult times and to check in on those who are unable to travel due to recent restrictions. 

Congratulations to Colin Walshe and Karen Martin who got engaged recently. 

Condolences:  Doohamlet GFC extend their sympathy to Goretti Mc Manus and Family on the death of her sister Eileen Finn.  We also extend our sympathy to the wife, family and friends of the late Gerry Duffy of Tullycara.  Ar dheis De go raibh a h-anam.  

County seniors: Hard luck to our county team who played Kerry in the Allianz Football League on Saturday afternoon last in Grattan Park Inniskeen. It was great to see our players back on the field in the county jersey.  Monaghan 0-14  Kerry 0-17.   Best of luck to the team when they play Meath in the final round of the Allianz Football league at the weekend.  We wish Colin Walshe , Barry Mc Bennett and the senior team and management the best of luck for the first round of the Ulster championship against Cavan next weekend. 

County Minors:  Congratulations to the team and management who beat Cavan by the narrow margin of a point on Saturday afternoon last.  Monaghan 1-08  Cavan 1-07.  We wish the team and management every success in the quarter final of the Ulster Championship on Saturday when they play Antrim.
