Ballinabrackey joint managers Darren Bannon and Aidan Dalton
Darren Bannon and Aidan Dalton have been appointed as joint managers off Ballinabrackey intermediate side for 2013.

Both men have been selectors for past 4 years along with club stalwart Christy Cooney, who will remain on as a selector for 2013 along with Mick Carroll who has also joint the set-up as a selector. All four men have been involved in this set-up at U21 level for past two seasons winning the title in 2011.

Darren is delighted to assist the club in it's quest to climb to the senior ranks for the first time in the club's history after steady progress last year to the semi final against Trim under current Offaly manager Emmett Mc Donnell. Both Emmett and Paschal Kellaghan, who won the 2010 junior championship and Leinster title, have brought this Offaly-border side to a new level.

Darren believes that the current crop of Ballinbrackey Players including Damien Carroll, Chris O'Connor, Danny Quinn, Derek Flynn and Nicky Judge are hitting there prime and with sticking to a plan for 2013 the club will keep progressing.

Darren says, "we have a very good Working committee and underage structures who are doing great work to move club forward and are constantly looking to progress the club."
