St. Joseph's N.S., Kilmessan 3-3 St. Mary's N.S., Trim 2-1
Not to be outdone by the boys, the girls of St. Joseph's N.S., Kilmessan completed a memorable day for the school with this victory over St. Mary's N.S., Trim in the Meath Cumann na mBunscol Division 1 Camogie Final. Having won the Division 2 title in both 2023 and 2024, this success marked the school's first-ever Division 1 crown. PHOTOS
Trim played with the aid of the wind, but it was the winners who held a 1-2 to 1-0 lead at the break thanks to the scoring exploits of Hannah Treacy. Treacy doubled her goal tally early in the second half, and another major from Aoife Reilly set St. Joseph's on the road to their first Division 1 camogie title.
After the game, Padraig Farrell presented the Division 1 Camogie Cup to St. Joseph's captain Aoife Reilly.
