Killyon seniors played Navan O'Mahonys in their final group B game in Trim on Sunday.

Navan O'Mahonys were first on the scoreboard with an early point.Killyon getting their first score with a point from Brendan Quinn quickly followed by a well taken sideline from Dylan Farrell sending the ball over the bar.

Navan O'Mahonys had plenty of chances but got hard to convert them. Around the 15 minute mark Killyon were awarded a penalty which was sent over the bar. Killyon seemed to be in control of the game and went in at halftime ahead by 5pts with a scoreline of 8pts to 3pts.

The second half started well for Navan O'Mahonys and they came back within 2pts of Killyon. Killyon kept scoreboard ticking over with frees and a couple of well taken scores to win out on a scoreline of 15pts 1.8.
