Kildalkey GAA Stars 400k in 7 days.
Young players from Kildalkey Hurling and Camogie Club are to embark on a massive 400 km run in 7 days, starting on 25th May.
Beverley Lynch, Nicky Potterton, Ellen Conneely and Evan Fitzgerald will complete a team run in aid of Irish Cancer. Each day, they will complete a 15km run, ending with a 10km run on 31st May in Kildalkey Village.
The Potterton, Conneely, Fitzgerald and Lynch names are synonymous with the Meath Hurling fraternity. Nicky and Evan were part of the winning Christy Ring Cup team.
They are all passionate supporters of The Irish Cancer Society, which will be the beneficiary of all donations.
