There were wins for Dunlavin and Mattock Rangers in today’s AIB Leinster Club IFC round 1 fixtures.
Wicklow representatives Dunlavin proved too strong for Caulry of Westmeath at Pairc Chiarain.
It finished 1-11 to 0-7 in favour of the visitors.
They will now face the winners of today’s Meath IFC final between Nobber and Trim in the last eight.
Meanwhile, Mattock Rangers advanced to a quarter-final clash with Monasterevin of Kildare thanks to a three point win over Bracknagh (Offaly).
The Louth champions prevailed on a scoreline of 1-13 to 1-10 at Gracefield.
They had led by 0-6 to 0-5 at the change of ends.
Elsewhere, in the Leinster Club IHC first round, Laois senior B winners Rosenallis overcame Carlow counterparts Bagenalstown Gaels by 3-12 to 1-15.
