Easter: Dromard GAA wishes all our players, members and supporters a very Happy Easter.

Social Media Items: Anyone with any items that they feel would be of benefit to the club's social media, the process is to drop an email to [email protected] and include the text of what you want to say and any relevant images, links, video, etc. The item will be reviewed for suitability and scheduled for inclusion at the appropriate time and when it doesn't interfere with the success of very recent posts. We are always interested in receiving relevant items that will be of interest to our audience, so feel free to drop us a line.  

Schedule of Masses for Holy Week: The Parish Pastoral Council have made this week’s Church Newsletter available since Tuesday morning and it contains the full schedule of Masses for Holy Week. As well as the Newsletter, a special leaflet explaining the Easter ceremonies along with an Easter card featuring a prayer and a replica of the Cross from St. Mel’s Cathedrals are also available for collection from the usual locations - Corrigans Service Station, Gortermone Stores or Moyne Stores and from both churches.

The schedule of Masses for Dromard Parish for Holy Week is as follows: Wednesday evening: St Francis Xavier Church Moyne at 7pm. Holy Thursday Mass of the Lord’s Supper: St Francis Xavier Church Moyne at 7pm. Good Friday Celebration of the Passion: St Mary’s Church Legga at 3pm. Holy Saturday Celebration of the Easter Vigil: St Francis Xavier Church Moyne at 7pm. Easter Sunday Mass of the Resurrection: St Mary’s Church Legga at 11am. Masses from St Francis Xavier Church Moyne can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/moyne and from St Mary’s Church Legga on www.churchtv.ie/legga

Pitches and Walking Track at Páirc na nGael: The Club would like to remind everyone that both playing pitches at Páirc na nGael are closed in accordance with GAA and COVID-19 regulations and are not to be used in any circumstances. In addition, all children aged under 16 need to be supervised by an adult while using the walking track. Parents and children and all those using our facilities are asked to please adhere to these rules in the interests of health and safety.

Breffni Arms Open for takeaways: The Breffni Arms is open for its top quality takeaways starting on Wednesday last. Best of luck to Eamonn and Philomena and staff who are great supporters of Dromard GAA.
