Our second Committee meeting of the year was held last night and again it was a very productive one,
First up was the Junior A hurling management, Pat Casey was appointed Manager on the night and his selectors will be Eugene O Loughlin and Ger coffee,
On the night Pat laid out his objectives and plans for the year and it was all very positive, Pat himself was a selector in 2007 when we last won the junior as is highly respected within the club, Eugene O Loughlin himself had been involved with teams down through the years and coached a vast Majority of the panel of players still playing today, Ger coffee is another man who knows the ends and outs of the club as is very popular within the club so everything looks in place for a good crack at the East Championship this year and hopefully the county,
A Players meeting will be held on the 27th February, all players will be contacted with time and venue, any players that want to make themselves available for the coming year feel free to Private mail the page for Pats Caseys number.

Next up was the transfer of 2 players back to the club,
And with that we are delighted to Welcome Colm Hickey back to the club and also Joe Power who is back from London,
2 quality players that will bring some needed competition for places and no doubt strengthen our team,
Welcome Home lads..

Our club lotto had been going well in recent weeks and we hope it continues to go from strength to strength as its what's runs our club, to keep that going we need a few more tickets sellers, we would ask that players and anyone else who would be interested in taking a few to contact us hear on our Facebook page, every little helps and we thank you for you ongoing support,

Mackey Stand tickets are also up for sale and anyone interested in this can contact the page also or any committee members,
All new members welcome..

Munster club draw tickets have to be returned sold or unsold to Pa coffee ASAP.....

Last topic on the night was about the New Training Pitch and training wall,
There has been some excellent proposals put forward and hopefully in the coming weeks we will be able to share a lot more light onto what's these plans are, a big thank you has to be said to the 5 people on the Finance Committee, which are Mike Boland, Seamus Murnane,Brendan Heelan, Mike Kennedy and Paddy O Dwyer,
The lads have been working tirelessly to come up with some plans and it all looks very promising,
Big thanks to all committee members who turned up on the night..
